CEO and Financial Coach at Newcastle Financial Planning (NFP), Dustin Kavanagh said “the recent strong growth in employment levels at NFP, can be attributed to the increase in clients who are finding us through our website (www.newcastlefinancial.com.au) and the investment we’ve made in increasing our suite of services, with the recent addition of an accounting division, Self-Managed Superannuation division and a lending division which will launch in the coming months.
Cassandra Kavanagh, COO at NFP said “we are also seeing a lot of this growth driven by talented people contacting us (Newcastle Financial Planning) directly and enquiring about employment opportunities within the business. We’ve found that many of the people enquiring about employment with us, are not only highly skilled, but their vision and values map those of the business. I am very proud to say that I feel we are becoming an employer of choice and attracting the right people to provide our clients with a great service and to grow our business.”
