We are seeking to add a ‘family member’ to our growing team into ensure our client’s every need is serviced. This role is looking to commence in February 2018.

Who is the Rethink Client Services Manager?

An integral part of the innovative total client solution service model, the Financial Planning specialty of Rethink Group is experiencing accelerated growth and is therefore looking to bring onboard a dedicated, professional Client Services Manager (CSM) with demonstrated experience in supporting a team of Financial Advisers in the provision of advice and support to our clients.

Our CSM is a task-orientated individual with a real interest in Financial Services. Their exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be demonstrated in their proactive and explorative attitude toward our client’s needs. As a key member of a high performing team, they are supportive and open to working together to achieve the desired outcome. Whilst sometimes a high-pressure environment, the trust and responsibility shared in this team allows our CSM to work largely unsupervised, however with support on hand if needed.

What is the Rethink Client Services Manager responsible for?

Whilst we expect all our team members to roll up their sleeves and help out when needed across Rethink, some specifics that our CSM is responsible for include: consolidating and processing of superannuation, insurance and investment funds, implementation of SOA and ROA, completion and finalisation of product applications, commission tracking, client meeting preparation and scheduling, task and thread management in XPlan, record management, client management and general administrative support to our Financial Planning team.

Our desired CSM is flexible in their approach for Rethink clients, but will always remain process driven and systematic to maintain the confidence and integrity in the Rethink brand.
