Net Promoter Score
We are really proud to say that you and your peers scored Newcastle Financial Planning a Net Promoter Score of 23.7%, compared to the financial industry benchmark, which is only -5.56%. So thank you! Hot Topics
It appears that you and the rest of the Newcastle Financial Planning are quite savvy investors with a hunger to increase your financial education. Some of the hot topics amongst the Newcastle Financial Planning community are:
o Market updates and forecasts. Nearly half (47.5%) of the community are interested in this topic
o Financial planning process. 40% of you would like an update on the actual financial planning process
o Financial literacy. 40% also would like to increase their financial literacy
o Investments. Nearly a third (32.5%) are interested in learning more about variance investment options
o Other popular topics include: Investing in property, SMSF, budgeting and health and fitness

Community Occupations
The most common occupations amongst the Newcastle Financial Planning community are (excluding those not in a typical industry): nearly a fifth (18.64%) work in the mining industry, 17% work in health care and 12% in engineering.

Survey respondents also told us some very interesting information on your property plans for 2014. Nearly a third (28.75%) of respondents plan on making a property transaction in the next 12 months. Over half (51.5%) of those transactions are indicated to be property investments and at a minimum nearly half (45.5%) of the property investments made are likely to be in the Newcastle Hunter region.
