As a Residential Senior Buyers Advocate, you will collaborate with new and existing clients, utilising your expertise to facilitate residential property transactions recommended by our company. From conducting market research to negotiating on behalf of clients, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless transactions and satisfied customers. - Offer accurate advice and property assessments to clients, aligning with their specific criteria.
- Prepare and review property contracts and documentation for review by company representatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and collaborate with various teams to achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.
- Adhere to due diligence guidelines and company policies to ensure ethical and compliant practices.
- A valid and current real estate agent/broker licence.
- Strong experience in real estate sales or property management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools such as RP Data or similar software.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads who thrives on driving results and has a passion for data-driven marketing. You will focus on driving paid advertising strategies on Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms for Rethink Group’s diverse portfolio of brands. This role is integral to our ongoing growth and success, where your focus will be on maximising conversions and driving exceptional ROI.
Performance Marketing Strategy Development
- The performance marketing strategy involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital channels, managing end-to-end campaign setup, including ad creation, audience targeting, and defining budgeting and bidding strategies. Ads are tailored for specific audiences to drive traffic and conversions, ensuring targeted outreach on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Campaigns are executed with a focus on achieving optimal performance, with continuous monitoring and adjustments to meet the defined objectives.
Reporting & Analysis
- Regular reporting and analysis of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates are crucial. Insights are drawn from the data to provide actionable recommendations for stakeholders to improve the overall effectiveness of the campaigns. By tracking performance trends and benchmarks, campaigns remain competitive, results-driven, and aligned with business goals.
Performance Optimisation
- Ongoing performance optimisation involves monitoring campaigns closely, making data-driven adjustments to ensure KPIs are met. A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies is performed to improve results. Tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor are used for optimisation, and analytics dashboards such as GA4 are employed to assess performance across various platforms.
Budget Management
- Efficient budget management is key, ensuring proper resource allocation to maximise performance across all platforms. Budget reviews are conducted regularly, and adjustments are made to achieve cost efficiency while optimising ROI.
Team Collaboration
- Collaboration with other marketing professionals ensures alignment with the company’s overall strategic direction. Campaigns are executed in a coordinated manner, and cross-functional collaboration ensures all aspects of the campaign are integrated for the best possible results.
- Proven Experience of 3-5 years in performance marketing, with a strong track record of running successful digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Advanced Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversion rates) and how to optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs.
- Expertise in Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor to drive data-driven decisions.
- Strong Understanding of A/B testing, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation techniques.
- Solid Budget Management Skills with experience in managing large-scale paid media budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Proven Ability to Analyse Campaign Data and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Experience with Cross-Functional Collaboration in a fast-paced environment, working with creative, content, and data teams to execute campaigns successfully.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

- Support day-to-day operational tasks and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain and administer our CRM system (Zoho), ensuring data integrity and system efficiency

- Collaborate across departments to support operational projects and streamline workflows
- Full Australian working rights (citizenship or unrestricted work visa)
- A strong interest in systems and operations (experience with Zoho CRM highly regarded)
