KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Management

  • Lead the evolution of our brand identity, ensuring consistency and creativity in all marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent representation across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation, ensuring all communications align with brand values and positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain cohesive branding in all marketing materials and initiatives.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strategic approach to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Paid Advertising Management
  • Implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative elements to maximise ROI.

Digital Marketing Management

  • Implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience to enhance digital presence and reach target audiences.

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop and implement content strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Manage video and podcast production shoots.
  • Create content and distribute across digital channels (social media, email, and content marketing).

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement the social media strategy across all key channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and others, ensuring alignment with the brands vision.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media and content creation trends and apply them to grow the brand's presence across all key channels.
  • Track and analyse all relevant data and analytics sources to gain insight on traffic, demographics, engagement and revenue from social media channels and act on results to continuously improve and optimise performance.
  • Utilise Sprout Social (or similar platform) to schedule and publish content.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute engaging events that align with our brand’s vision, enhancing customer relationships and brand awareness.

Agency Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and marketing agencies.
  • Review and approve agency-produced content, ensuring it meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage agency budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills and the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret metrics, and create detailed reports to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent representation across all marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Position overview

TheBusiness Process Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of theoperations strategy and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Acting as anextension of the Operations Manager, this role drives process improvementsacross the organisation and collaborates extensively with key stakeholders toensure alignment and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the execution and alignment of the operations strategy, acting as an extension of the Operations Manager and representing their interests and decisions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure process improvements align with overall business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and improvements, ensuring that all processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, track and report performance metrics to measure the success of process improvements.
  • Assist in the integration and optimisation of technology solutions to enhance process efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within existing processes and implement these improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure teams understand and can implement new processes and tools effectively.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation to ensure consistency and clarity across all teams.
  • Ensure alignment of processes across the organisation.
  • Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met through process improvements.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with each member of the Acquisitions, Strategists, Due Diligence, Residential, Operations, and NZ teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all process-related inquiries and support.
  • Organise and facilitate all monthly team meetings.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the CRM system alongside the Operations Business Analyst.

qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivering process improvements across multiple teams.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage change initiatives including understanding resistance and implementing strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of process improvements.
  • Expertise in integrating and optimising technology solutions.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining detailed process documentation and reporting on process efficiency and improvements.
  • Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with process changes and improvements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and process documentation best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A keen interest in property investing.
