- Videography
- Capture high-quality video footage of people, properties, and events to tell compelling stories.
- Plan and execute shoots in various settings, including indoor and outdoor locations.
- Set up and manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve optimal results.
- Adapt shooting styles to fit the vision and purpose of each project.
- Video Production & Editing
- Assemble raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with the Rethink Group’s vision.
- Utilise editing software to edit, produce, and refine videos for various platforms.
- Bring the 'story behind the story' to life with compelling narratives.
- Edit podcasts and reels, incorporating sound effects, music, transitions, and graphics.
- Content Creation
- Develop and deliver content tailored to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Shoot and edit videography and photography, ensuring high-quality outputs optimised for social media.
- Lead the filming, editing, and posting of podcasts on platforms such as Spotify.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the media and marketing teams to establish the desired tone, look, and feel of content.
- Drive engagement by analysing viewer statistics and using metrics to improve future content.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into creative campaign ideas.
About You:
- An editing software expert with advanced skills in industry-standard tools, including motion graphics and post-production software.
- An innovative storyteller with the ability to produce content that resonates with audiences.
- A quick thinker who thrives under pressure and can meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experienced in both content creation and content consumption, with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
- Skilled in filming engaging content, including people and properties, with a focus on detail and creativity.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in video production and editing in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in creating digital content and videography, including a strong portfolio.
- Previous experience editing videos for social media platforms (preferred).
- Expertise in capturing high-quality video of people, properties, and events.
- Technical expertise in using industry-standard equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio tools.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to independently record, film, edit, and post podcasts.
- Proficiency in photography/videography for social media content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads who thrives on driving results and has a passion for data-driven marketing. You will focus on driving paid advertising strategies on Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms for Rethink Group’s diverse portfolio of brands. This role is integral to our ongoing growth and success, where your focus will be on maximising conversions and driving exceptional ROI.

With an impressive track record, we are one of the largest and most experienced Property Investment Groups, rapidly expanding and always evolving.
Performance Marketing Strategy Development
The performance marketing strategy involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital channels, managing end-to-end campaign setup, including ad creation, audience targeting, and defining budgeting and bidding strategies. Ads are tailored for specific audiences to drive traffic and conversions, ensuring targeted outreach on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Campaigns are executed with a focus on achieving optimal performance, with continuous monitoring and adjustments to meet the defined objectives.
Reporting & Analysis
Regular reporting and analysis of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates are crucial. Insights are drawn from the data to provide actionable recommendations for stakeholders to improve the overall effectiveness of the campaigns. By tracking performance trends and benchmarks, campaigns remain competitive, results-driven, and aligned with business goals.
Performance Optimisation
Ongoing performance optimisation involves monitoring campaigns closely, making data-driven adjustments to ensure KPIs are met. A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies is performed to improve results. Tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor are used for optimisation, and analytics dashboards such as GA4 are employed to assess performance across various platforms.
Budget Management
Efficient budget management is key, ensuring proper resource allocation to maximise performance across all platforms. Budget reviews are conducted regularly, and adjustments are made to achieve cost efficiency while optimising ROI.
Team Collaboration
Collaboration with other marketing professionals ensures alignment with the company’s overall strategic direction. Campaigns are executed in a coordinated manner, and cross-functional collaboration ensures all aspects of the campaign are integrated for the best possible results.
- Proven Experience of 3-5 years in performance marketing, with a strong track record of running successful digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Advanced Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversion rates) and how to optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs.
- Expertise in Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor to drive data-driven decisions.
- Strong Understanding of A/B testing, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation techniques.
- Solid Budget Management Skills with experience in managing large-scale paid media budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Proven Ability to Analyse Campaign Data and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Experience with Cross-Functional Collaboration in a fast-paced environment, working with creative, content, and data teams to execute campaigns successfully.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
